A Quiet Atelier in Bangalore

Jazzle began with a single workbench, a sharp blade, and a stack of vegetable-tanned hides from a tannery on the outskirts of Chennai. Three generations later, the bench is the same.

We work slowly. A briefcase takes thirty-six hours of hand-stitching alone. Edges are burnished with beeswax, never paint. Hardware is solid brass that develops its own patina alongside the leather.

We believe in objects you will repair, not replace. Bring any Jazzle piece back to the atelier — at any age — and we will give it a second life.
